Description
საფერავის ჯიშის ყურძნის ნერგები გაშენდა 2017 წელს ფაფრის მინდვრების მიკროზონაში.
The soil where the vineyard was planted was uncultivated for 16 years and it was cultivated in compliance with all the rules.
The vines were processed as follows: plowing (horse), poisoning with cosaide (bio), periodically adding water-soluble sulfur, as well as spraying bio-preparations against worms.
At the first sign of the harvest in 2019, we completely removed the vines. In 2020, the first crop was harvested, packed in boxes and crushed in a qvevri with a stainless steel grape crusher. Chacha's processing took place on the 18th day and and was sealed in a qvevri.
The wine is characterized by aromas of blackberry, cherry jam, fruit jam and dried black plum. It is recommended to serve it with meat, beef, fried poultry or fresh cheese.
