Description
Fermentation was carried out in an oak barrel without clarets, then transferred to the one from stainless steel , then after the removal of sediment, was placed in oak barrel for 1 month,then continued to develop in an stainless steel space again where it was processed and readied for bottling. Bottled in September 2020. The wine is characterized by aromas of blackberry, red currant, raspberry, cherry and prunes. It is recommended to serve it with fried poultry, nuggets, chocolate desserts and less salty hard cheese.
